2. Refund & Return Policy for Custom Products
Due to the personalized nature of custom products, no returns or refunds are accepted for non-quality-related issues. Exceptions include:

Serious quality defects (e.g., damage, major printing flaws);

Production or shipping errors (items significantly different from your order);

Printing errors: if the printed product does not match the design file you submitted due to our production mistake, we will offer a free reprint and reshipment instead of a refund.
Please carefully review all order details (including artwork, size, color, quantity, and shipping address) before confirming your purchase to avoid unnecessary issues.
3. Refund & Return Policy for Standard Products
For standard products, we accept refund or return requests within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that:

The product has not been used, washed, or damaged, and remains in its original packaging;

A valid order number and proof of purchase are provided.
Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Personal reasons (e.g., dislike, ordering mistakes);
